Absolutely love this....

If Everton were playing down the bottom of my garden, I'd draw the curtains.

Have to respect him breaking out of the macho image of grime.

Not mad keen on modern gospel in general (although I love a lot of gospel of various vintage) but the verses give it a big lift - could have done with more .

I think you'll find Baxter has been releasing his own stuff since the early 00's, not very prolific but it's there. BTW that's Baxter on the cover of New Boots And Panties with his old man...

Let's call it a day for this year, 182 songs have been put into the threads Top Tunes 2017.
Unfortunately 2 didn't make the list as they are still only available on Soundcloud.
Gas's last one and one of mine from earlier on.
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLx-PMFDbCZE2yQiGcXAAfFTcbLNT0Rq-t
2016 -188
2015 - 126
2014 - 226

A few less of us posting on this thread this year, but consistently a similar number of songs making the list.
Who says there is no good music out there !!

I'll have to have another catch-up session but I've enjoyed what you guys have posted as a rule.

Have to say that Brockhampton are still my find of the year - OK, you have to have a bit of an ear for hip-hop but they're the package and just going down the youtube list makes me realise that they're consistently fine but with a range of styles within what they do.

Even the videos are first class - having Roberto at the beginning of each one is a stroke of genius in itself (you'll need to watch a couple...).
