Yep, one down, two to go (that our intelligence agencies know about).

Kim doesn't need Trump's endorsement, he is exactly where he wants to be, recognised as a world leader with a nuclear capability.

Of course he doesn't need Trumps endorsement ....but he must be worried about further sanctions.

Yeah, but I thought we'd agreed that we don't trust them:

Trump cancels North Korea nuclear summit. In letter to Kim Jong-un, Trump says talks are ‘inappropriate … based on the open hostility displayed in your recent statement’

Still, I'm sure the world's a safer place thanks to Trump...

At least he got three hostages out

I didn't watch last night's Newsnight because Steve Bannon so called interview
on the BBC Newsnight would have made me throw something at my TV or
swear at it. So I turned the TV off instead.

Trump has pulled out of NK- Kim Jung UN meeting no real surprise there.

roy and Frank, I am rather cynical about things especially all of sorts politicians
My 2 very loved cats are Smudge, an 10 year old female, her feline 'friend' is Tommy, a 13 year old male.
They are both black and white.

How do you know that you disagree with him if you don't listen to what he has to say?
Emily couldn't fault what he had to say.

Trust has to be earned. In just 18 months any trust the world had in the USA has gone. Paris agreement? Reneged. Iran agreement? Reneged. Proposed summit with NK? Withdrawn.

Promises kept? Move US embassy to Jerusalem. 60+ Palestinians shot dead, 3000 wounded.

Oops.

"US Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross announced the sanctions from Paris, where he had been negotiating with EU leaders who were trying to avert the tariffs.
Mr Ross said talks had not made enough progress to warrant a further reprieve either for Europe or for Canada and Mexico, which are in negotiations with the US over North America's free trade agreement.
Mr Trump has the authority to lift the tariffs or alter them at any time, he added."

The Trumpster is a 'typical' New Yorker ...they tend to be aggressive and/or in your face. Trump has been dealing with New Yorkers all his life, he has built many buildings in the city and has probably been threatened numerous times by union thugs/developers/local council people along with irate customers ... so some limp wristed left wing politician who's never run a sweet shop and only claim to fame is getting elected doesn't scare him in the least.

What, a typical non-lib New Yorker has a tower bearing their name?

That’s impressive. No wonder the American dream is so popular.
