What's for dinner?

Curry again. No resturant choices where we've been the last couple of days, we've had pork vindaloo, chicken xacuti, okra dal and a mixed veg curry.
We've been enjoying lots of dals, veggies & paneer more than the meaty ones. Not yet curried out.

It is impossible to be curried out.

I know! I've had it for breakfast, lunch and dinner all week.

Curry for us tonight.
Made with a paste from a farm shop and Wagyu beef.
I'm hopeful and optimistic.

We were here:

It was delicious, we just had a load of different things and shared it out.

Best way to do somewhere like that when there's too many good choices.

I had a cheeky tikka starter for my dinner last night in honour of Lisa, who I miss. It's lovely with just a nice fresh salad.

By the looks of the cooking demonstration I've just been to there will be chicken tikka and a Keralan aubergine curry.

Inspired by Lisa I made butter chicken last night. Apparently it was rather good.

A curry plant? You can buy them online too.
I have just discovered there is an asian grocery shop in Huntershill. I may pay it a visit this week.
